Ben Eavis is the Founder of Responsible Business, a sustainability and ESG advisory firm helping global companies build strategies that drive impact, resilience and long-term value. Based in Dubai and working internationally, Ben partners with CEOs, boards and senior leaders across fashion, luxury, energy, FMCG, chemicals, aviation, infrastructure and entertainment to deliver sustainability strategies that are both ambitious and commercially grounded.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the UK, Ben has built and led sustainability, corporate responsibility and corporate affairs functions inside some of the world’s most influential companies. Before founding Responsible Business, he spent six years at Robertsbridge — most recently as Managing Director — where he led the firm’s global strategy practice, scaled the business into new geographies, and oversaw sustainability strategy development for major international clients.

Previously, Ben served as VP of Corporate Responsibility at PVH (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger), shaping the company’s global sustainability direction and strengthening human rights, social impact and responsible sourcing programmes across 650+ factories worldwide. His career also includes senior roles with PepsiCo, Burberry, Sainsbury’s, DLA Piper and Allied Domecq, where he led programmes spanning ethical supply chains, human rights, public policy, stakeholder engagement, sustainable manufacturing, community investment and executive communications.

Ben has lived and worked across Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Dubai, and has collaborated with governments, NGOs, multilateral institutions and leading sustainability bodies. He holds an MSc in Responsibility & Business Practice from the University of Bath.
